Coaching

InvestED, in partnership with Love Your Coaching,  is proud to have developed a network of highly-effective, certified coaches with a vast range of experience in schools. All our coaches are practicing school leaders and all have ILM qualifications in  coaching. This allows us to be able to offer bespoke professional development experiences to individuals at all stages of their professional journey. We have a proven track record of success with a range of education professionals, from headteachers and senior leaders to middle leaders, teacher and support staff.

In addition to providing opportunities for 1-1 coaching, InvestED is experienced in delivering coaching training programmes, either to ILM Certificate level as part of national groups of school leaders or in a more bespoke context for your school.
